- Plug your phone in, arm the charger alarm, and set the countdown grace period. A short countdown reacts fastest; a few seconds of grace lets you unplug it yourself calmly.
- Walk away. If the cable comes out, the alarm fires and the event is recorded in the history log with a timestamp.
One honest note
An alarm is a deterrent, not a lock. It makes grabbing a charging phone loud and public, which is usually enough — opportunistic theft depends on silence.
