How to watermark multiple photos at once

Marking photos one at a time is fine for a single post — and painful for a 40-photo shoot. Batch watermarking puts your mark on every selected photo in one pass, and still lets you fix the photos where the placement doesn't work.

Why batch watermarking usually goes wrong

Most batch tools stamp the identical position on every photo. That fails in practice because photos differ: a bottom-right logo that looks perfect on a landscape shot lands on someone's face in a portrait. The result is re-doing half the batch by hand.

Watermark & Signature Creator solves this with per-photo editing inside the batch: apply once to everything, then open any photo in the grid and move, resize or restyle its watermark without touching the others.

Step by step

  1. Select your photos. Choose all the photos you want to mark — a client gallery, a product drop, a property listing.
  2. Add your watermark. Pick Logo, Text or Signature and style it once. The mark is applied to every photo in the batch at the same position and size.
  3. Check the grid. The grid view shows all photos with the watermark in place. Look for photos where the mark collides with a face, a product or busy detail.
  4. Tweak individually. Tap any photo to open it on its own canvas. Drag its watermark to a better spot, resize it or change opacity — only that photo changes.
  5. Save all. One tap on Save photos exports the entire batch to your library, full quality, with copyright details written into every file.
Tip: Use a white logo at around 85–90% opacity for batches. It stays readable on most backgrounds, so you'll have fewer photos to tweak individually.

Who needs this?

Photographers delivering watermarked previews before final payment. Online sellers marking a product drop before posting to marketplaces. Real estate agents branding a listing's photo set — see the dedicated guide to watermarking real estate photos. Artists posting a portfolio series with a consistent signature.

Batch plus protection

Visible watermarks deter casual copying; for photos where you may need to prove ownership later, add an invisible watermark as well. It hides inside the image itself and can be verified even after the photo is re-saved.
